Frozen Gathering
This drawing is based off of an old photo I found in my parents albums from the 90s. I had no idea where it was taken, and I liked that weird mix of anonymity with a sense of personal connection. After completing it I showed the finished piece to my parents and they revealed this was the backyard of the apartment we lived in when I was an infant. How about that!
Tinted charcoal on black toned drawing paper, 2022. Sprayed with a fixative to prevent smudging. Hand-signed by the artist, unframed. Framing available for an additional fee, message the artist to discuss. As with any indoor artwork, avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Reproductions may not be made without permission.
